From the moment you drive in the gate, you’ll feel the special LoneStar Station Ranch simple country life style.

  1. Looking straight through the steel pavilion between the two studio wings at dusk: twin stairways to the upper walkway, a pink sky through the far end.

Formerly known as Buffalo Valley Event Center, we too were a victim of Covid 19 and had to close the event center in 2021 like many other businesses.

Then we decided to switch gears and offer comfortable housing for traveling nurses, professionals and first responders. That’s how LoneStar Station was born.

Living at LoneStar Ranch is peaceful and fun at the same time.

A large fishing lake with boats for your use. Catch and release whenever you wish: residents are pulling large fish out of our catch and release ponds.

Community vegetable garden. Galvanized raised beds. In September the pumpkins came in.

Peaceful places. Several places to relax, read or talk with friends and family around the ranch.

Games on the grass. A small archery and BB gun range, horseshoes, corn hole, frisbee golf, and even night-time volleyball in summers.

All amenities, including the lake, are at your own risk.

Good to know

How long can I stay?
Studios and RV spots rent by the month, and the studio listings on FurnishedFinder ask for 3 months or more. For a few nights, two studios are on Airbnb.
Can I bring a pet?
No pets in the studios. Ask the office about pets with an RV spot.
How many people and vehicles per studio?
Up to 2 people and 2 vehicles per studio.
I work nights. Will I be able to sleep?
The studios have room-darkening features, perfect for overnight shifts.
What does it cost to move into a studio?
A deposit of one month’s rent and a $75 cleaning fee. For RV spots, ask the office.
